2. What we collect: (a) Enquiry data you email to info@swds.uk - name, email, phone, business details. (b) Website content you provide for your £52 site. (c) Technical logs via Cloudflare (IP anonymised, country). We do NOT collect payment cards - payment via bank transfer / PayPal.
3. Legal basis (UK GDPR): Contract to build your website, legitimate interest to answer enquiries and secure our sites, consent for cookies.
4. How we use it: Build and host your website, reply to enquiries, renew domain/hosting yearly, prevent spam/abuse. We never sell your data.
5. Sharing: Only with Cloudflare (security/CDN), domain registrar (to register your domain), and email provider. All UK/EU GDPR compliant.
6. Retention: Enquiry emails 2 years, client site files while hosting + 90 days after expiry. You can request deletion.
7. Your rights: Access, correction, deletion, objection, complaint to ICO. Email info@swds.uk to exercise.
8. Security: SSL on all sites, Cloudflare firewall, UK hosting. No site is 100% secure but we take reasonable steps.

1. Service: SWDS UK - Stoke Web Design Services provides £52 yearly websites (£1 a week). Includes domain (1st year), hosting, design (single page or up to 5 pages template), SSL. No monthly fees.
2. Payment: £52 upfront yearly. Renewal £52 per year due on anniversary. If not renewed, site/domain may be suspended after 14 days. Domain renewal at cost if you want to keep it.
3. What you get: Template-based trade website, mobile-ready, hosted on swds.uk/yourfolder/ or your own domain if provided. Email forwarding. We do not include logo design, content writing - you provide text/images or we use placeholders.
4. Your responsibilities: Provide accurate business info, own rights to images, not use site for illegal/spam/adult content. You are responsible for keeping your contact details updated.
5. Ownership: You own your content. We own template structure until paid in full. After payment, you get licence to use site while hosted with us.
6. Uptime: We aim for 99% uptime via Cloudflare but do not guarantee 100%. Maintenance may cause brief downtime.
7. Changes: One round of small text changes included in first 14 days. Major redesigns at £25 per hour.
8. Cancellation: You can cancel anytime - no refund for current year if domain already registered. See Refund Policy.
9. Liability: Our liability capped at £52 - the amount you paid. We are not liable for loss of business.

3. No tracking: We do NOT use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or advertising cookies. No third-party marketing.
4. Your choice: On first visit you see banner Accept / Decline. Accept = we load analytics beacon. Decline = only essential Cloudflare cookie. You can clear localStorage anytime to reset.
5. How to block: Browser settings > Privacy > Block cookies. Our sites still work if you block analytics.

1. 14-day cooling off: If you are a consumer (not business), you have 14 days from payment to cancel for full refund, unless we have already registered your domain or started building at your request.
2. Domain costs: If domain is already registered (£12-15 cost), that part is non-refundable - you keep the domain. We refund £52 minus domain cost.
3. After 14 days / after work started: No refund for current year - you have received hosting/design service. You can still cancel renewal for next year.
4. How to cancel: Email info@swds.uk with your domain/folder name. We confirm within 48h.
5. Failed delivery: If we fail to deliver your site within 14 working days after you provided content, you get full £52 refund.
6. No monthly fees: Remember - £52 is yearly, not monthly. Renewal only if you want to keep site live. No auto-charge without notice.
